Why expecting mothers choose yoga at home
During pregnancy, travelling to a studio and joining a group class can be tiring, and a group class can't adjust to how your body changes every few weeks. With private sessions at home in Greater Noida West, every posture, breath and relaxation is planned for your trimester and your energy that day.
Jyoti has guided many expecting mothers through prenatal yoga and Garbh Sanskar practice, and the recovery months after delivery.
Prenatal yoga, trimester by trimester
- First trimester: gentle breathing, relaxation and very light stretching, once your doctor approves
- Second trimester: strength, posture and comfort for back and legs as your bump grows
- Third trimester: supported postures, hip opening and labour breathing to stay calm

Garbh Sanskar sessions
Garbh Sanskar brings together gentle yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra, soothing music and baby-bonding practices for a calm, positive pregnancy. Partners are welcome to join. Learn more in Garbh Sanskar Explained.
Postnatal yoga and recovery
After your doctor's clearance, usually after the postnatal check-up, we rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, ease back and shoulder pain from feeding and carrying, and support gradual, healthy weight loss. Sessions are short and timed around your baby. Recovery after a C-section is slower, and we go even more gently.
